Vertical Stab

	8 Aug 2002	Started the VS. Took three hours to cleco together the VS including the time to cut out the lightening holes and smooth the spar doubler.
	8 Aug 2002	Another view of the VS frame.
	9 Aug 2002	Took another half hour to cleco the skin to the frame. Ready to match drill the skin.
	13 Aug 2002	The VS main or rear spar is riveted together here.
		The forward spar is riveted together and the skin is prepped for clecos.
		Left side riveted and the right is ready to go. Now it's time to quit for the day. Also, the beige coloring is masking tape put over the rivet heads prior to driving. This seems to help protect the metal a bit and provide a nice finished rivet.
	14 Aug 2002	Rumors are right. The VS is by far, simpler than the HS. After 15.2 hours, it's pretty much done except for the fiberglass tips. Now on to the rudder.
